Here's what you should do to have a great wedding morning!


One of the keys to having a great wedding day is to start it off right! Getting your mindset to a positive place will play a major role in helping keep you calm on your big day, no matter what happens. Here’s a few tips to get you in the right headspace for your special celebration of love: 

  • Take time to savour the moment by practising mindfulness (prayer, meditation, breathing techniques)
  • Play your favourite tunes to lift up your spirits
  • Pamper yourself with a nice hot bath /shower
  • Light some scented candles or put on a diffuser
  • Make sure you have something substantial to eat! Camomile/peppermint tea is also great for calming nerves
  • Hand over your phone to your maid of honour / wedding coordinator
  • Trust your wedding planner to handle the logistics of the day
  • Smile and choose things that spark joy.
