Event Planning
We have two bespoke planning packages tailored to meet your needs and ensuring you get the best from our services.Full planning : Our most detailed and all-inclusive package creates the vision for your event and maps it out from start to finish plus every single thing in between. Following an initial consultation, we oversee all logistics of your event, guiding you every step of the way as your skilled, experienced and creative go-to wedding specialist.

Partial planning : This package looks to provide much-needed assistance when planning is underway and you need a professional extra helping hand to support you on the journey of wedding/event planning. Designed to offer you more flexibility, this package helps you put the finishing touches on your big day. We'll create a modified event package from our initial consultation that ties up any loose ends, provides you with peace of mind that your event is being handled expertly and gives you more freedom to prepare for your event.

Introducing…. the PV Purpose Sessions!
This new wedding service is a dedicated power hour session tailored at supporting couples who want to kickstart their wedding planning journey with some oomph and va va voom! It’s also for couples who are already on the wedding planning journey but may not be working with a planner but require some much needed 121 with a wedding specialist to run their ideas past. For a few years now, I’ve noticed a gap as a number of couples I’ve spoken to in the past who are planning their own wedding often don’t have anyone to talk to or bounce ideas off. I also understand that not everyone can incorporate a planners fee into their budget which is why these sessions are designed to help you take a deep dive into your wedding and talk with me about all things logistics as well as infuse creativity and help you come up with some helpful solutions that will take off some of the pressure!Having served in the wedding and events industry for many years and worked with a wide range of clients, I've come to understand the ins and outs of what it takes to support my clients to deliver a successful occasion in line with their Purpose and their Vision. From intimate celebrations of love and family to corporate and brand activation events plus everything in between, I care about understanding your needs, paying attention to the things that spark joy in you, and incorporating those personal touches to make your wedding extra special.
The hour-long sessions are accessible anywhere in the world and conducted via Zoom and include a pre-consultation welcome pack which needs to be completed before our session. There’s no limit on how many sessions you can book and you can book now using the link below.
Event Coordination
In this month of coordination package, we'll come on board in the final weeks prior to your event to ensure smooth running on the day of your event. We will also cater for any last minute emergencies to the best of our ability so if you’re running low, we’ll manage the final wedding /event arrangements so you can recharge and fully enjoy the day!

Event Styling
As the saying goes, ‘You don’t get a second chance to make a first impression’ and we want both you and your guests to be blown away in awe once you step in the venue. For styling, the way we work together is by transforming your space to reflect the look and feel of the theme you envisaged. We take your wedding style template and curate a design concept that tells a stylish story by bringing together elements such as linens, stationery, props, lighting, signage and flowers. The goal is to curate an atmosphere that ignites all the senses, infuses creativity into the overall theme and match you with the right suppliers for a wedding that fits together in a cohesive, unique and extra special way. This service is completely bespoke and a quote is generated once we’ve had an initial consultation where we discuss the size, scale and level of detail needed for your special day. When we take up your event styling, we assure that it will look and feel incredible by going above and beyond to meet your event brief. We have a wide range of fully capable, skilled and creative suppliers who we work with and can transform any space to reflect your style.
